Rhino buff idea

He’s a pain on ebb and flow intercept and maybe a few other nodes (like debuff immunity etc) but if you look at his champion description he has like 3 abilities, he needs a change.

Rhino

Rhino armour, passive

Rhino armour starts at 0 and builds up over time to 100 granting additional effects and ability accuracy as it builds up. The Rhino armour converts kinetic energy into armour charge granting rhino charge when struck or striking the opponent.

When struck by a physical damage attack gain +5 charge
When struck by a physical damage special attack gain + 10 charge
When blocking a physical damage attack gain +5 charge
On a well timed block gain an additional +15 charge

Rhinos armour is not well adapted to other forms of energy and loses its integrity when other forms of energy interact with it.

When struck by any energy damage attack lose -5 charge
Whilst any energy DOT effect is on rhino lose -1 charge per second

Rhino armour buffs

Rhinos armour grants rhino different abilities dependant on its charge

0 charge, gain a passive physical resist granting +2000 physical resistance
25 charge, gain a passive fury increasing attack rating by 25%
50 charge, gain a passive critical resist granting +50% crit resistance
75 charge, dashing in Rhino becomes passively unstoppable
100 charge, Rhino armour goes into overload

Rhinos armour can also go into critical state when energy damage has reduced its integrity too far, when this happens the rhino armour begins going negative

-25 charge, gain an energy vulnerability passive reducing energy resistance by 25%
-50 charge, Rhino armour begins to break apart, placing an armour break reducing armour rating by 20%
-75 charge, energy damage taken causes rhino to degenerate 0.5% of his health every second
-100 charge, rhino armour uses all its remaining energy to reform, causing charge to rapidly increase to 0 and Rhino gains a 5 second immortality and unstoppable passive. During this immortality if charge does not increase to 25 Rhinos armour shatters, and is permanently decreased to -100 charge.

Armour overload

When rhinos armour goes into overload it gains abilities and enhances previous ones, furthermore it grants it special attacks additional effects
When in overload

Physical resistance is enhanced granting 5000 physical resistance
Fury is enhanced granting +75% attack
Critical resistance is enhanced to 100%
Dashing in Rhino also becomes passively unblockable
When overload begins gain 100% of power
During overload all specials cost 85% less power and become unblockable
Rhino is passively power locked during overload
Rhino becomes immune to any power manipulation apart from his own abilities or synergies
(this includes power gain!)
Rhino becomes immune to special lock

Overload lasts 20 seconds

Special attacks

Special attack 1

Rhino places an armour break debuff on the opponent lasting 10 seconds and reducing armour rating by 15%
Overload: this armour break is paused

Special attack 2

This attack grants rhino a passive fury granting +50% attack for 15 seconds
Overload: this fury is paused and this attack deals additional physical burst damage equal to 50% of what the attack dealt

Special attack 3

This attack grants rhino an immortality passive for 2 seconds
Overload: this immortality is paused

Signature ability

Kinetic charge

When rhino dashes in gain 5-10% of max power based on how far the dash in was from
Against XL and L champions gain +50% more charges
Agaisnt M and S champions lose 25% less charges

Synergies

RAW POWER
With: Terrax, Namor

Rhino: During overload gain a power gain passive granting 100% of a bar of power over 20 seconds
Namor, Terrax: become immune to all forms of power manipulation and special lock during rock field and imperius rex

Spider menace
With: Spider Man, Spider man (symbiote), Spider man (Stark Enhanced) Spider Man (Stealth suit)

Rhino: gain immunity to all forms of unstoppable Ability accuracy reduction whilst in overload
Spider men: gain immunity to all forms of evade ability accuracy reduction

Quit running away
With: Spider man (Miles Morales), Spider Gwen, Spider Ham

Rhino: gain a passive true accuracy when at 30 armour charge preventing all evade and miss effects
Spider Man (Miles Morales): spider camo grants +15% attack
Spider Gwen: gain +3 spider sense charges at the start of the fight
Spider Ham: at 10 spider nonsense evade ability accuracy is increased to 100%, this will not trigger on a well timed block

Where can I get a suit like that?
With: Peni Parker, Hulkbuster, Howard the Duck

Rhino: during overload rhinos 1st medium power drains the opponent draining 50% of a bar of power
Peni Parker, Hulkbuster, Howard the duck: power drain, lock burn or suppression ability accuracy is increased by 35%

Resist this
With: Spider man 2099

Rhino: During overload ignore all physical resistances and armour
Spider Man 2099: all debuff ability accuracy increased by 5% for each resistance currently on spider man

    So for this one you want to use Nova as the base template?

    What about gaining a secondary ability when facing off against spider verse Heroes like added physical resistance or even some sort of passive cruelty?

    This is fantastic. It makes him a legitimate defensive mismatch. I like it.

    The idea is great, although I think that in the synergies it would lack one with classic spiderman (put him as a nemesis or special) and of the 6 sinister (group that was) and since he has his armor based on gamma rays that has immunity to poison.
    But in conclusion your idea is great
