recent bugs and compensation

Since the last major (or even minor) compensation, I can't even begin to list the number of issues there have been that have caused players to lose out on resources and opportunities. Some highlights would include:
While each player plays the game differently, and some may be more affected than others in some of these issues than others... there have been so many, that all active players have been impacted.
I think enough time has elapsed, and enough events that another round of general compensation is due. I'd much rather have things not broken in the first place... but that unfortunately is not the particular dimension in the multiverse we live in, and this is the next best option.
Said compensation should include items to make up for scuffed fights (potions, revives, and boosts), and be dolled out in a manner that they don't just all expire again in 2 weeks, and coming out during the "quiet time" in between rounds of EOP, before gauntlet returns, etc. Perhaps reusing old items like love potions.
Then a title based "make it up to you" item like a rank up gem crystal equal to the max rank you have at least 5 champions for or expected to have (e.g. Paragon would get a 6 star R3->4 gem crystal), and some shards for that champion level (e.g. for paragon, 30K 6 star shards), along with a bundle of units (make up for mastery resets, energy, etc).
I don't think any one of the issues in the past 3 months would justify this... but the sheer number and frequency of issues unfortunately does. Again, I'd much rather be in the dimension where far fewer of these things happen... but in the last 3 months... I can't remember a single week where something that should warrant "minor compensation" didn't happen.
- current visual effects bug, mostly effecting 8.1.6, but effects battlegrounds and AQ (and will effect AW if not fixed soon)
- number of Battlegrounds issues, such as mastery loadouts, the quake issue. There could have been some easy quick fixes, like turn off mastery setting costs until the issue could be resolved... but as of this post, nothing has happened other than a patch that didn't work.
- delays in schedule... which left players losing 30% boosts, L3 revives, and other items. The legends store was a good approach to the fix, but it needed to include all the items players could buy from the monthly quest offers. Its not like this delay helped make for a better BG release or a flawless 8.1 release.
