This nonsense that has been going on for so long, regarding these disappointing crystals the ones called Premium hero crystals
one thing when you can't pull a 4 star hero after opening crystals for months probably over a thousand but the idea that some players have a better drop rate than others its just not fair, how do i know that? because it's ridiculously obvious and i have contacted Kabam about this, their respond was not very satisfying they said that they are trying to preserve the value of these items and champions, but that does not answer why some players manage to pull a 4 star champions regularly when others cant do that for months, this issue is really not fair and its making the game less enjoyable and frustrating many players
so i suggested improving the drop rates for all players as there is no point in keeping that low especially that there are a few select champions that can clear certain quests further more the game is shifting to 5 star champions anyway
i doubt they will ever listen to me though i just wanted to share your thoughts on this.

if there is a 1 in 5000 chance that you will pull a 4* then that meant that everytime you open a crystal that you are 4999 times more likely to get a 2 or 3 star.....
this is reset and recalculated everytime that you open a new crystal. what you have previously done has no impact on the next outcome.
seriously people... RANDOM.....
if you go to a casino and you have 1000 spins on the roulette table and lose them all will you blame the game for being rigged??? or will you just admit you had a **** night and bad luck??????
Anyway I couldn't do it, well just if i wast first my 80phcs.
First of all no body knows the drop rate so one in 5000 is just a number you pulled out of your ass and it does not make sense
, second of all you can compare your drop rate with others not those you see on youtube but alliance members for example in my previous alliance we had 5 members that every month literally will get at least one 4 star champion from PHC while the rest members got nothing but 2 and 3 star champions no matter what
that is not RANDOM as you were yelling up there that is a pattern, i am sure that many people have noticed that certain members of their alliances have a better drop rate and no they don't get lucky once or twice it seems they get lucky almost all the time i wonder if anyone can call that luck!!
