    Contact support. This normally happens if you've cancelled an app store purchase through Apple or Android as there are no monetary refunds directly from Kabam. If that is the case, you have to pay it to get your Kabam account back in good financial standing. And if it isn't the case, then technical support will go you sort out whatever the issue is.

    As stated above, it's recommended that you contact support about this issue. To do so via the app, tap the gear icon in the top left corner followed by the button that says "Support" and finally "Need more help? Contact us" to open a support ticket.
