Missed inputs are now opposite inputs?

Since i updated ive been finding that when trying to do a medium attack it has instead been swiping back, its also happening a lot more than just missed inputs normally do, probably around 5-10 fights per hour of playing.
Has anyone else been experiencing this?

    I try to block and a lot of the time the champ dashes forward if that counts as the same. Besides all the missed blocks, specials not triggering, champs freezing in place, not dashing backwards, and etc. Game play is worse for me now than it has been for awhile.
