Power Sting in Incursions

Dear kabam team could you please for the love of god reduce the frequency of power sting buffs in incursions? the amount of champions who can inflict a power sting is limited and bears no proportion to the suggested buff use.
Or if I'm maybe mistaken, who inflicts power sting and is useable for sector 8/9 in incursions?

    I got a buff saying every time you place bleed you place a sting... I had claire so every time I did a heavy, even far away from the defender, he got 3 stings... was really helpful

    Well, alright. But this requires another special buff to be acquired beforhand for those power sting buffs to be useful. I personally find them to frequent for the possibility of a champ to inflict power stings
