Battlegrounds bug

The game put me in vibranium when I was diamond 1 and also I did not even receive the trophy tokens or elder marks

    Me too..
    Yesterday I had to win four matches (instead of 3) to pass from diamond 2 to diamond 1.

    to reach diamond 1 u need to win 4 from diamond 2 this is not a bug

    I keep losing battlegrounds without even getting to play anything...the timer hits 0 and before I know I am defeated without starting the fight
    ..I am unable to progress after 7 plays because if this ...I wish I could send the screen record I got but the file is not going through

    Battleground Matches keep freezing and whenever it resumes timer is reading 28seconds. I lose the game instantly.
