Enter The Reliquary Side Quest Selector Error

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but when I completed the Reliquary Key 3 path, the selector I got from one of the chests never gave me an option to select my reward. I couldn't include any screenshots, but basically I saw the Selector in my rewards section, and I could get previews like a normal Selector, but when I clicked the Back to Quests button, I expected the rewards to show up, but it didn't. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, is there a way to get the rewards?
