Unable to get into Battlegrounds Fight

3rd round of a battlegrounds match, instead of loading into fight, the game screen stays on the results timer page. See attached photos, please help.
Device and Version: Samsung Galaxy S8+
Device Operating System: Android 9
Mobile Carrier: AT&T
Cellular or WiFi: Wifi
Game Version Installed: 37.0.1
Game Mode: Battlegrounds
Champions Affected: All?
Active Boosts: None
Description of the Issue: I've had this issue before where MCOC game would get stuck on the battlegrounds results screen or loading screen. I've had to exit to home page click back in or reload the game which ends the game either in a loss/forfeit/or significantly reducing amount of battle time you have
