Eternity of Pain depression points missing

I went to try eternity of pain which I though I was going to fail badly but ended up soloing with Odin.But to my surprise I only got one eternity of pain point and the metal and god point is not showing up as an objective in my special missions. Is anyone else having this problem and is there something I can do to fix it.
