Kabam fraudulently denying me access to my units

I need some help because if this doesn’t get resolved then I’m quitting the game. I have negative 25,992 red units and Kabam only offers me a chest with 9,999 red units for $99.99. That would mean in order to play the game and have access to the basic functionality of my units, I would have to pay $300. On Cyber weekend when it 1st dropped, I attempted to buy an Odin and I tried getting the $29.99 deal and each time I kept getting an error message in game. I’m not sure how my bank processed the money in the 1st place.
Regardless, these 4 transactions that r “refunded” didn’t even happen. (4 transactions perspectively on my bank statements are $99.99, $29.99, $29.99 and $29.99) I never benefited from a single item or unit from those 4 aforementioned “purchases” that never processed in game as I kept receiving an error message. Kabam’s service team said all negative red unit balances r final and can’t be touched until “repayed.” The problem is is that’s fraud, as I’d be repaying an error in their system and my bank compared to me trying to benefit, gain those units and fraudulently refund them which didn’t happen which is the only time a negative red unit balance should stick. I have all the proof 2 prove it but the problem therein lies with this email I received back from Kabam support. There’s not even an ounce of empathy on their part considering the fact that this situation maybe an error, instead I was told basically to piss off and pay money I don’t owe.
I have all of the screenshots to prove my innocence I’m just not sure how to attach them to this post.
If I did benefit to the near extent of almost $300 why is there only 1 purchased Odin ( a few days later from when cyber weekend deals 1st dropped, because I had problems with my bank I went to the store and bought an Apple gift card for $100) out of the entire lineup of deals from cyber weekend? (This is part of the screenshots, Kabam support or someone on line can inquire and I’d be happy to provide proof)
This sucks because I don’t want to quit the game but also if they’re goin 2 stoop this low as a company then I’ll be forced 2. I’ll never pay back money I don’t owe, so Kabam, either we can resolve this peacefully, you take another look at my case with all the evidence provided or I can take the alternate route and sue your company for fraud. Yes, you are a company that can make all of your own policies but when I receive an email back from you guys after explaining the situation that says this,
“Kabam support is unable to change the negative balances on the account. Any such actions are considered final. This ticket is now set to resolved.”
Best believe this is illegal and malpractice.
