Battlegrounds compensation needed answers

I waited long enough to take this out to the forums and I tried taking the proper way by opening multiple tickets with no given solution

323430 opened on 3 October
345542 opened on 14 November
349063 opened on 22 November

Each ticket I submitted evidences for blackscreen matches in battlegrounds leading me to forfeit and lose the match I spent elder's marks for which I used units to purchase plus the milestones I couldn't collect as I passed the 7 days cutoff period during the blackout period in the last day of season two and every ticket I submitted I was given inconclusive information with the urge to close the tickets without solving it saying that they don't have any more information and any compensation will be announced on the forum now with about 2 weeks remaining for season 3 to end, I still didn't receive what I have EARNED in season 2 or compensated for the malfunctions I had to go through in the game in season 1.

Also I hope to get straight answers not the shady twisted answers I recieved in the tickets, I don't want free stuff I want what I've earned.

    They don't have anything in place right now for compensation on a match to match basis. Submitting tickets to ask for it won't do anything. The only thing you can do would be to submit them to let them know what the issue is to bring it to the game teams attention. But you won't get any comp from it.
    So when Kabam launches a new content with a bug that players exploit they immediately remove this content and within a week these players get a temp ban only then they have the time & resources to solve the issue and identify the players who exploited it but when that content has bugs that affect the players then it's ok, basically what you are saying that I should let it go because it doesn't affect the majority of the community so they won't listen or reply because I'm not a youtuber with alot of followers and it's ok to have blackscreen matches and it's ok to miss about 3 or 4 milestones from the BG alliance event because of their fault and no one will actually reply because they don't want anyone talking about this so it it vanishes with time.

    They already don't want to give compensation for the multiple resources lost because of all the cheats that Kabam voluntarily lets play on the game, so for black screens...
