Which 6 star Champion should I R3

I have a 6* R3 Ultron, 5* R5 HB, G2099 & Sentinel ( all awakened).
Considering the future content, Aq and Aw which champion will be best to go for R3, considering all are unawakened.

    To be honest either nebula or wait for a better option. Stark spidey isn’t worth it for endgame content and nebula is good but not the best choice. Good luck with you pulls 👍:).
