Who to Rank up and Awaken

So I've got Science and Mutant Awakening Gem, please tell who should I rank up ?
Spiderman99, Titania, iabom, Hulk Immortal.
Havok, Archangel, Captain Britain, Red Mag.

Please guide. Thank You

    AA ...always AA when it comes to mutant gem . He and Kitty are the top choices for both class and generic gem.

    I have Titania at r2, but I wouldn't use the gem on her. Spidey and Ibom are much better options atm.

    Mutant is AA, no contest.
