Going to crystals means restart the game

Third time today when this happens 
it did happen before also, but once per day, or cpl days..not often enough to be that disturbing..but today, happened 3 times in a 2h or so playtime..for some reason menu bar and chat bar forget to load. Ps: opening a crystal wont fix it, game needs to be restarted
