Relic problems

I can’t give relic to some champions. They are not stuck in any quest either I’ve reported and still. Am i the only one facing this

    If they're in an alliance event (AQ and AW) then even if you reach the final node, you can't add it until the event ends, even you it says "You're champs have been released." Guess the havent fully

    You also can’t add relics to any champs currently on an arena team that you haven’t played through yet.

    I haven’t been in an alliance all year.

    I’ve checked my arenas and they are not locked in either
