No 6* featured crystal from calendar

I didn’t receive my 6* featured crystals from the special log in calendar even though I’ve logged in every day. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Does it show in your calendar as the item having been claimed or completely unclaimed as if the day skipped?

    Only going to ask a dumb question to be thorough, but are you checking in your shard crystal menu and not the regular crystals?

    The only other thing would be your progression level. Paragons get the featured, not sure about the others.

    The calendar is no longer there unfortunately but I have checked and I haven’t missed a day. I have checked my shard tab and unfortunately nothing there too. And I am a paragon and have been for a while so I’m not sure what’s gone wrong
