Accolades not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
I am a long time player of marvel for about the whole length of when it was dropped I have always played and enjoyed this game as the one phone game I play on my phone but with the bugs I am finding it hard to continue playing the game I love as the real rewards are for the opening of those crystals which also progress in the solo & alliance objectives. The Kabam team need to sort this and re embrues all accounts that have been wrongly bugged

    I don't understand the statement. Accolades don't give you anything unless you have at least 5 of a certain type. They are only used to gift to another player. The rewards are only for sending, you cannot open an accolade.

    Reference 364165 - it is being difficult and not allowing me to upload in anyways but thankfully you can use my reference number to confirm that I was using the wrong email to talk about this account which all screenshots are already sent on email and in forum if you aren’t sure

    Are you trying to say you sent accolades but didn't get points for them in the objective? If that is the case did you send them to people that were friends but not in your alliance? I believe I read in other threads that for some stupid reason Kabam made it so that if you send it to people not in your alliance you don't get points for it. No idea why they would make it possible to send them to people you can't earn points for.
