War rating effected in the off season

Usually in Tier 5 your war ranking is locked. Why is it showing that this War “counts”?

    Yes, I can confirm that we had the same issue. And because of that we went from tier 5 to tier 6.

    But in the off season if you are in 5 you shouldn’t be able to drop down to 6
