Bug - Cannot Dex joe Fixit sp1

I don’t know if anyone has posted this yet or not, but atm you cannot dex joes sp1…. Not sure if it’s because of IPhone or what not, but give it a try because it’s annoying

    The headbutt is easy to dex/evade, but it hard to evade his tommy gun fire

    Have you ever been able to dex it? Is it like Cable’s SP1 where you used to be able to and now you can’t?
