  I am aware that he was buffed but a while ago it was leaked in an interview that a black panther civil war buff is underway.

  Your title clearly asks when "og" black panther is getting buffed now you are switching it to civil war bp, fyi, they are not the same.

  You're thinking of black panther civil war. That buff was announced back in September on the podcast and should hopefully be coming about by spring.. Hopefully. 🤞
