do you need to finish all paths of the gauntlet to get the chest rewards?

what happens if I go from the end of path 3 to the final boss and skip path 4?

Well considering all the chests with the rewards are only accessible by path 4 it means you'd not get the rewards from the chests.

thanks, rookie mistake, didn't check before entering. always thought you had a chest per path..

no other option than to use some units to finish path 4 than!

It used to have a chest per path, but because of the changes and the ability to get rewards a total of three times the best they could do was to put a gated path at the end of path 4
