  Variant 4 guillotine

  You reversed Variants lol.
  I'll type as your variant order, In my opinion Variant 5-6-7-8 is not worth your time thinking about the rewards. When I look at your roster 5* Claire, 5* Diablo and if you can do doom cycle even 4* Doom is enough for Variant 4 Guillotine.
  
  Mole Man, Diablo and IBomb can be enough for Variant 3, I don't know though it's been years.
  
  If you have 5* Apoc Storm can be good for Variant 2 also Colossus, Warlock CapIW are good for variant 2.
  
  For Variant 1 you have only Nebula so leave that for now.

  One time clear of Deadpool, Spidey, Jessica and guillotine can be worth it for the rank 5/65 gems for 5*. Otherwise, they are not really worth doing.

  Variant 5 moon knight

  I would say the variant that lets u use your 4/3/2/1 stars. I believe that is the moon knight variant.
  Use the gems you get there to upgrade some 5 stars to do the others. From there do completion from the ones newer to Moon Knight for the rank 5 gems you get.

  So if I remember right the moon knight one depends on you having the right 1* and 2* counters if you don’t no point doing that one..
  I think your best bet would be
  “Contamination” or “Arachnid Action”
  Contamination is villains only and Arachnid Action is hero’s only.. Use yt as a guild, Good luck to you.
