as you can see in the screenshots, I didn’t pass the grandmaster’s glove, I don’t have them in my inventory, and I didn’t receive messages with them either. The answer of technical support to this is that everything is correct and there is no error, I can also attach it later

    Bonjour, je n’avais fait qu’un passage dans le Gantelet et je n’ai reçu qu’une clé 😔
    Un membre de ma team n’avait fait aucun passage et n’a reçu que 2 clés, d’autres en ont eu 3🤔
    Est-ce que le fait d’être entré dans la quête sans la faire compte comme un passage ???

    Hello, I had only made one passage in the Gauntlet and I only received a key 😔
    A member of my team had not made any passage and only received 2 keys, others had 3🤔
    Does entering the quest without doing it count as a pass???

    you can enter and pass the lock without a key, but you will not receive a reward. Here you have a situation that received 1, 2 keys. and I'm not alone at all😐

    well, that's the point. someone was not given the keys, and someone was given extra. in my case nothing at all. It seems to me that the fact is that they themselves are already tired of making mistakes with this task, and they just stopped at just who they gave what. they don't care about mistakes

    the same problem and it is not clear what they will eventually solve. then they confirm that there is an error and give the keys, and then they say that it was normal anyway
