Possible Merger Discussion for next season

We are an alliance that has been together for a number of years. We have lost some strong consistent players over the last year and have been patching holes as best as we can.
We are looking for 5-10 people to join the 20 plus that are consistent and reliable.
Open to merger conversations for a group of 10.
What are we looking for:
People who will join aq without having to be tagged 10x an event.
People who will join aw without having to be reminded, boost and heal as needed to limit unnecessary deaths.
People who will communicate to ensure they understand what is meeded for war
Prestige above 11k prefavourably
What we do:
Currently we run Map 5x5 and finished in top 2,000 (if the new group wants to do higher we can discuss)
We are in G1 War but want to get to P4 and are bouncing between t5 and t6.
Battlegrounds is left open to each player but we have hit major milestones but i cant recall our last season placement.
If you are looking for a chill alliance but likes good rewards and have a group of 5 or even 10 lets talk and see if we can work towards making a stronger alliance next season.
