Help please with mastery build

Hey guys, I have enough units to unlock 1/3 Despair, 1/5 Deep Wounds and 1/5 Assassin.
I'm FTP and frequently run arenas so I unlocked double edge / liquid courage earlier on. Lately I feel like not running DE/LC anymore because of the recoil and feel like I'm limited to what champ I can use because of the lack of immunity.
Would 1 point be enough or should I just save more to unlock them at a higher level later on?
