Is stark spidey replaceable in EOP Acceptance run?

Dont have one as a 6* and even the 5* isn't ranked up.
Would like to know if there is a better option or if he is worth it to rank up as 5* for this tag challenge?

I have 6* spiderverse heroes: Peni r4, s2099 r3, stealthy,miles,gwen r1
5* stealthy is r5, og spidey r4

    I didn't use him. Left lane w/ CGR Stealthy and S2099 then switched in Miles for MODOK and Blade.

    I went right and took in R3 SG, R3 stealthy, and initially R3 CGR, then subbed in PP. Gwen can solo Dorm, then CGR with boosts for the next 3 fights (Crossbones is the most painful). Stealthy does well with Kraven and Scorpion, and Gwen for Ikarus due to her heavy reach. PP is just a team effort along with Thanos.

    I know s2099 is good for thanos so i am taking him for sure

    Miles if you go left, he can cheese Modok and Blade

    Did the run with r3 Peni, r3 Miles, r3 Stealthy. Used KG for the first 4 fights. 30 revives total. Dragonman was the toughest cuz he sometimes doesn't throw specials for a while.
