Can't find CLASS Mastery Cores

I looked through the game and the store and the mastery section and I couldn't find any source in the game to get Class mastery cores. I am trying to get mystic dispersion leveled up. Can someone help me find them please?

    They cycle in loyalty store. I think you can buy for units, but I don't recommend. They used to drop more in the daily quests, but I haven't seen them as much, but rarely run anything other than t3b daily for level up quest materisls.

    They are mainly found in loyalty store and the class catalyst daily quests. They can also be bought with units, but, like @ChiliDog , I don't recommend

    But it's not in the loyalty on cycle either.
