Is Tigra Bugged in BG's?

I played some matches with my tigra today in the battlegrounds. I had some fights like against apoc, IHulk and some other champions. I'm noticing a couple of issues.
Firstly, her unblockable mechanic is not working as even if i threw my specials from a distance and I was supposed to get the unblockable special as the icon was active. But I failed to recieve the unblockable buff several times.
Also against Apoc i was not able to miss the special 1 even though my heavy was active. This happened with a few other champs as well. Hilariously my opponent also had the same match against apoc with a tigra and probably lost because of the same reason.This was happening across multiple devices I own.

Is this issue happening with anyone else or is it just me? I apologize for not having a video proof and will likely post one as soon as i can get it.
Please look into this issue.

    Weakness stops her miss and unblockable abilities against non-cosmic champions. So you may have had weakness debuffs on you due to the long distance relationship node. I learned this the hard way as well...

    I am noticing issues with her too. Her block/parry wasn't even remotely functioning during EQ.

    Please look into this issue.

    When you are facing apocalypse, if you/him threw a light attack last or you have a DOT on you, he will place a weakness on special one preventing miss.

    Rule of Thumb: If you have Slow, Weakness or Exhaustion from a Non-Cosmic Champion, you should count on basically everything failing
