I've been waiting for the keys for the Grandmaster's glove for a month

as you can see from these screenshots, act 6 is 100% closed for me, the glove has not been passed even once and there are 0 keys. in those support I wrote 4 times each time I heard a standard bike that everyone was given the keys, and if they didn’t give out, then you need to go through act 6, I’m tired of this circus cabam give me my keys , I never passed the glove...

    exactly the same problem, same progress, paragon rank, and no keys.
    how can this problem be solved?
