Various alliance members been locked out of the game almost 12 hours

Various alliance members are complaining to me they can’t get in game and are stuck on a never ending loading screen they have tried everything fresh installs updates ect and they can’t get past the loading screen them what can can’t claim items they earned please fix these issues my alliance suffers to the hands of kabam again

    1 has super long loading screens we’re taking 10 plus mins for incursions and various other game modes 1 on a Samsung galaxy a71 is locked out of the game his loading screen never ends iPhone XR for lengthy loading screens seems some Samsung devices maybe locked out anyone else with these devices have same problems ? Can attach conversations between us if kabam likes
