Titiania bug

So i was running incursions for the danger room science mission and realized that titiania would not activate haymaker even if she has the purple icon. When she hits into the opponent she would have the cooldown show up while she has the haymaker icon and doesn't go unblockable ect. the cooldown would also reset to 30 every time i hit the opponent. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
