Who should I give my tech gem

So I got tech gem out of the Incursions side event..
Who should I give it to?
My options are below or should I wait to give it to ghost if and when I pull her?

    100% Nimrod. He only really needs 1 sig level which is a big plus.

    Nimrod would be my choice. And you want him to be sig 200. He works fine at low sig but you will probably notice every stone you invest into him

    Like everyone else said, Nimrod is your best choice. Give that robot the gem asap and invest sigs into him.
