Which do I upgrade in my masteries. I know both are ideal but which one is better to upgrade first of all?

    I say Precision. That gets you critical hits more often. Cruelty increases the damage done from critical hits. What good is huge damage, if you never get any critical hits? So I say increase the critical hit rate first. Then do Cruelty and make the hits stronger.
