#ROBOTS in other Classes...

So to start, this is not a whish list for champions to come in game...Just speculation on what champs if add would be #ROBOTS in other classes. Three that I think could have the tag....
1. Beta Ray Bill (Cosmic)
2. Original Human Touch (Science)
3. Cypher (Mutant)

Would love to know if there's any other ones people think would work.

    I'll make this comment now...., Reason being for these three is if you look in their back stories they all have something that would give them the tag & put them ( with the exception of Cypher...) borderline in those classes.
