Kabam broke Magik the day before 5.4

Magik’s L2 no longer power drains/power locks after the mini patch for health percentages. Tested in RoL, duels, and event quest. Go figure; they break her the day before 5.4.... so we have to drop the mad $$$$$$$$ tomorrow.

Tested on GR In lab (no debut immune node was present), r3 duped rhonin 5* (duel), ws (rol)

On iPhone 7 iOS current update.

Someone else please test, and let me know if I’m just crazy or not.
