Where to allocate resources

I have recently pulled some really great 5* champs and was wondering if I should just focus on ranking up the champs I have at r4 or if I should get some of my high tier newer champs to r4 instead. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. As a point of reference to my progress, I am on 5.4.4 but am moving through act 5 quickly.

    Side note: I don’t have any awakening gems laying around unfortunately

    You can do warlock or quake. Other than that you are good to rank your higher tier champs

    I’ve never had Quake, so I’d rank up Warlock and Black Widow (Claire Voyant). With Doom, Warlock, Ghost, and BWCV, that’s a solid team. You just need a good bleed and/or incinerate champ :)
