I appreciate that Kabam is refunding Unit deals for those that purchased them solely for the Thronebreaker bundle 1 deals that were subsequently removed. What’s frustrating to me is they are refusing to refund anyone that purchased the platinum track at that time for the baubles. According to support:
“While we are able to consider refunds of Unit bundles in this situation, as the Platinum Pass does not provide access to the Bauble Blowout Bundles, we are unable to consider refunds for the Platinum Pass and it remains non-refundable.”
How does this make sense? There are five chests in the platinum track that give baubles, plus, the daily event solo objective provides baubles. Please help me make this make sense.
