Battlegrounds connection issues start to spread to different areas of the game

So i started having those battleground connection issues recently where it doesn't register me activating pre fight on human torch for example. But a bit before them there was even connection issues in other areas of the game like story quests and loading screen when it the symbol of bad connection appears everytime. Anyone has any updates on the matter? Because it could/can get worse to the point the entire game's not playable

    I know people talked about it before but i started having those issues only a few days ago and today i just tried doing battlegrounds,
    just a bit more than a week ago it was all fine in battlegrounds for me

    Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m PST - 5 p.m PST any issues outside of these hours will not be resolved so just deal with it lol

    Lol..then when you call you get "Sorry but we are experiencing higher than normal call volume... Try calling back at a later time"
