I can't pass recoil damage with Ghost

Hi, i just farm enough revives and potions and i am going to explore 100% in LOL. But.. I find big issue.. My ghost is not able to pass recoil damage with hood synergy.. I am pretty sure it's not broken synergy because i am able to survive SP3 without any HP lost, but i got recoil damage no matter how soon i phase... Ghost isn't my main champ, i don't run suicide mastery, maybe i just forget how to play her? Does any have a same problem?

    She's been nerfed, kabam claiming it's a reaction timing fix to her sp2.
