Planetary Shards Overlap resolution

Okie explain me this, turning off that crystal is not cool. For this quest especially overlapping doesn't make any sense and is not beneficial. Few might exploit but those shards can perhaps be deducted.

My point is, i completed lv5 now 100% and went to shard section and saw nothing. Then i read this message. I did no overlaps, will i get back all my shards? Should i further play lv4 or not? It's an incomplete resolution.

    They will be back once the issue is resolved. Let them do their thing.

    So I didnt get shards from path after 100% exploration.

    And now we would need to redo that. They could have told it or locked the event while they were fixing.

    Oh i see what they did. I still have existing shards that i colleceted but paths are reset so i can collect more. That is compensating in a way.
