IOS 16.2, missing 7 star hero reward towards solo event 7 star celebration

Hi kabam,

I recently claim the 7 star hero reward from the solo event 7 star hero celebration, but after claiming the crystal, the crystal is gone…. I didn’t get to open any 7 star hero…. And also the drop rate of the paragon crystal for 7 star is worse than 1%…. I opened almost 200 paragon crystal… did not get any single 7 star from it… please check my account benhamtsui, thanks

    I had the same issue with the drop rates. They were no where near the rates stated. I opened over 100 and didn't get even one 6 or 7 star.

    Same. This is really disappointing. Sad that Kabam treats its customers so shabbily.
