The "Escape from Titan! - Level 4" Quest, doesn't appear to be working

As you can see in the pictures above, both episode one and two, are fully explored, but in the special quest for level 4, it only shows 1/4. So will I just now be unable to get these rewards for level 4 or what?

You have to sent i ticket and they will update it manually as they did for me
