I've been playing this game since 2016, I've spent money dozens of times, I've participated in events like 4th of July, Cyber and end of year gifts, obviously I'm nowhere near the real players who spend on this game, but I certainly help with its economy, and having said that, I WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH by you.
First, you launch an event without communicating that it would exist, I was in a smaller alliance that I didn't want to participate in, I left and went to another one where I spent more than R$200.00 to buy units and be able to buy crystals to score and I didn't get 1 point , that is, an event without notice and with blackout... I sent messages to support through ticket 430535 explaining the whole situation and asking them to let me participate in the event, after all, if I count everything I spent, it was almost R$400, 00 and after several messages, I have not been refunded for a package I purchased EXCLUSIVELY for the event, nor was I eligible for it.
As a player who has been playing for years and spends regularly, I am very disappointed with the attitude, and I guarantee that from now on, I will campaign against the game, I am just a player who moves little, but the neglect and being treated like garbage as I was for support, you can count on my disconnection from this game and my campaign against you, you lost a loyal player of 7 years for not solving a simple problem.
