I don't even know if I should be talking to you, but I want to tell you to one of the people responsible for the game my deepest dissatisfaction.

I've been playing this game since 2016, I've spent money dozens of times, I've participated in events like 4th of July, Cyber and end of year gifts, obviously I'm nowhere near the real players who spend on this game, but I certainly help with its economy, and having said that, I WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH by you.

First, you launch an event without communicating that it would exist, I was in a smaller alliance that I didn't want to participate in, I left and went to another one where I spent more than R$200.00 to buy units and be able to buy crystals to score and I didn't get 1 point , that is, an event without notice and with blackout... I sent messages to support through ticket 430535 explaining the whole situation and asking them to let me participate in the event, after all, if I count everything I spent, it was almost R$400, 00 and after several messages, I have not been refunded for a package I purchased EXCLUSIVELY for the event, nor was I eligible for it.

As a player who has been playing for years and spends regularly, I am very disappointed with the attitude, and I guarantee that from now on, I will campaign against the game, I am just a player who moves little, but the neglect and being treated like garbage as I was for support, you can count on my disconnection from this game and my campaign against you, you lost a loyal player of 7 years for not solving a simple problem.

    The black out is probably to stop people from collecting rewards from more than one alliance. But the game tells you when you will be eligible when you join, so you should have known whether or not you could get rewards. If you are actually going to quit the game you might as well try to get a refund from Apple or Google. Best of luck.

    They say they are after those who manipulate the game, but this kind of behavior is an abuse equal to those who exploit the game. Honest players are being prevented the right to participate in the event and the support teams acts as if they don't care. Shame.

    The text says you had the same game parameters that i and everyone else had. No one knew this was coming, but clearly some of us took the time to understand what the ramifications of our choices would be. Your money was spent clearing solo objectives and you're unhappy that you can't partake in alliance objective rewards. If everyone else had the same outcome that you had, your point would be stronger. As it is, look before you leap next time. But, by all means feel free to bury the company and game if that floats your boat, but understand this particular instance is 100% user error.
