Cannot Claim Rewards From 7 Star Alliance Event

I joined my alliance recently so I’ve been on cooldown in terms of claiming different types of alliance event rewards. For the 7 star event, my cooldown ended 5 minutes ago so I went to see if I could claim my rewards as I contributed enough points for the first 2 tiers, but saw I couldn’t claim it still. I’m thronebreaker so I can’t claim anymore Paragon crystals, what do I do. I’m really banking on these free shards for my first 7 star.

    6 hours ago the time up was finish and still cant claim the milestone rewards from the 7* ally event, i restart the game over 30 time, i open 2 paragon crystals with the last units i had, ehat can do ?
