Having to restart repeatedly since update

Is anyone else having this issue? If I need to use an item (i.e. team revive), the moment that I select the item the game freezes indefinitely. Therefore, I have to completely close and restart the game. It only started after the update. Restart phone does nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing because I tried it 5 times..lol. I even did a software update on my phone, which I hate doing. Don't know what else to do.

    If you have a problem with the people on the forums, don't use it bro. A lot of people are suffering from the same issue you are, Kabam is aware of it and working to fix it. Your issue isn't gonna get fixed right away, you'll just have to keep your eyes on the existing forum threads already dedicated to these issues. The most you can do on your side is submit a support ticket to give them a better chance at fixing it faster, and keep trying. Good luck.

    Also, if you could provide a video of the bug happening both in the ticket and the forums, that would be very helpful to Kabam.

    It keeps saying that the video is too large. I'll try to figure something out. Basically any item I use in my inventory forces me to restart game.

    I do the secondary monthly 1st and 2 , 3 week difficulty 4 before becoming QT and nos it's not counting how i did it myself doing it again it didn't count, i want to know IF i do the 3rd 4rd week i will receita the reward that appears there when it ends the 4 weeks
