Who to rank 3 and rank 2?

My only rank 3's are Longshot and Nick Fury. I'm currently focusing mostly on AW and BG's, but I still actively participate in every other mode, and I'm just starting 7.2 for Act content. I have enough materials to rank 2 any champion and I have a generic 2-3 gem for a rank 3.
