Archangel with a few signature levels quickly starts placing neurotoxins if you parry-heavy and you can start reducing ability accuracy. It will get you through a lot of irritating defenders and nodes. Plus thr neurotoxin will melt away the health bar.
Rintrah keeps neutralizing buffs until you corner them, throw in 30-40 ruptures and shoot that special 2 for insane damage.
Depends ultimately on whether you value neutralize or ability accuracy reduction more. In my opinion, ability accuracy reduction is more important but i chose Rintrah in the poll because my archangel is low signature and takes second place to Falcon until i can get him up. Rintrah is my first choice mystic and first choice team. He cuts through war defenders superbly.
