    Without knowing your current r4s I say kingpin cgr rintrah and AA as your top options

    AA shreds at R3. R4 is nice, but not needed and would wait until you have more. Same with CGR.

    Kingpin does not need to be awakened. Gets better, but he is still a monster unduped and especially if you pair with Hood. I r4d mine when he was unduped and never regretted it.

    If you want to diversify instead of having 2 early skill r4s, Rintah would be my choice. Tanky and takes care of pesky comics.

    I don't have Cassie or Attuma to judge by. If you like those play styles though, both seem really good too.
